This unique concert experience offers listeners a moment of stillness
and peace during the often-hectic holiday season, a moment to touch
the depth of this joyful and holy time of year.

Oakes and Smith draw from a range of sacred and secular, contemplative and festive, traditional and original holiday music, performing either as
a duo or with a full ensemble. Multi-denominational and eclectic in spirit, this program seeks to express the soulful presence shared by many traditions, as well as that found in nature.

Oakes and Smith are a musical match made in heaven. The harmonious blend of their voices creates an ethereal sound and unique quality not often heard in today’s popular music. Combining this with soulful songs that they call ‘lyrical meditations,’ they hope to remind listeners that peace, sincerity and beauty are still very much alive in the world.

Kylee Colvin of The Levity Ball remarked, “Oakes and Smith have the ability to bring a sense of calm and ease to the air...with songs so full of wisdom and true emotions.” For more, visit
